Club Acre is an Australian direct-to-consumer bedding and apparel brand. We sell premium linen bedding, organic cotton bedding, cashmere knitwear, and linen apparel direct from certified mills to customers across Australia and New Zealand. Our website is clubacre.com.au.

Who we share your information with
We share your information only with the service providers necessary to run Club Acre:
Shopify — our ecommerce platform. Shopify stores and processes your order data and payment information. Shopify is certified PCI DSS compliant. You can read Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
DHL Express — our shipping partner. We share your name, delivery address, and phone number with DHL to fulfil your order.
Klaviyo — our email marketing platform. If you've opted in to marketing emails, your email address and name are stored in Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how customers find and use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymised data about website traffic and behaviour. You can opt out via your browser settings or a Google Analytics opt-out extension.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — if you've interacted with our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may share data with us through their pixel to help us understand the performance of our advertising. You can manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
All service providers are required to handle your data securely and only use it for the purpose we've engaged them for.

We retain your order data for 7 years as required by Australian tax law. We retain your email address for marketing purposes until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of any other personal data by contacting us.
Data security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Our website operates on Shopify's secure platform with SSL encryption. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of payment security certification available.
We do not store your credit card details. All payment data is processed and stored by Shopify Payments.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at hello@clubacre.com.au and we will delete it.
