Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD Australia-wide.
We ship direct from our partner mills around the world via DHL Express — the same network trusted by the world's leading brands. No middlemen in the supply chain, no middlemen in the delivery.
Australia
Orders over $100 AUD ship free. Orders under $100 AUD incur a flat rate shipping fee of $14 at checkout.

We ship to all Australian states and territories including WA, NT, and regional Queensland. If you're in a remote area and have questions about delivery, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm timeframes for your postcode.
New Zealand
A flat rate of $9 AUD applies to all New Zealand orders regardless of order value. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch.
How we ship
Every Club Acre order ships direct from our certified partner mills via DHL Express. This is how we keep prices low — no Australian warehouse markup, no third-party logistics fees. Your order goes from the mill straight to your door.
You'll receive a DHL tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. DHL Express allows you to manage your delivery preferences, redirect parcels, and leave delivery instructions directly in their app.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of placement. During high demand periods — sale events, new launches, and the holiday season — dispatch may take up to 7 business days. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Delivery notes and authority to leave
Our parcels do not require a signature by default and can be left in a safe place if you're not home. If you'd like to add delivery instructions, enter them in the notes field at checkout. For specific delivery requests, contact your DHL driver directly via the tracking link once your order is dispatched.
